COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Partner,

As you are aware, the situation surrounding the novel coronavirus and the recommendations for helping to slow the spread of COVID-19 are changing at a rapid rate. The team at DWM Holdings is focused on remaining as knowledgeable and flexible as possible to help mitigate the impact on our people and our business, as well as yours.

The State of Michigan, in which our brand companies are headquartered, has been put under a Stay Home, Stay Safe Executive Order effective March 24, 2020. DWM Holdings brand companies qualify as essential businesses during the COVID-19 public health crisis under Section 8, subsections f and j, under this order. We feel the best thing we can do right now is to support our team members to be socially responsible in curbing the spread of the virus while supporting our business partners by continuing to fulfill orders. We do not currently have plans to reduce or constrict the production of our products, and want to make sure that we are keeping open lines of communications between our team and yours during these uncertain times.

Our first and foremost concern is for the health and well-being of our team and those with whom we work. We are closely monitoring the situation and guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to ensure we are providing the most up-to-date information possible.

For our team members who are able to fully perform their work remotely, they are required to work from home. We have suspended all air travel and limited car travel to only those trips that are absolutely necessary. We are also working closely with our IT services providers to ensure accessibility, uptime, and security of our systems as well as with our material suppliers on an ongoing basis to mitigate any availability issues that may arise.

Considering that many other state governments are making changes at rapid pace, we are working closely with our sales partners to ensure acceptance of orders in an effort to avoid unnecessary detention fees and other issues.

Within our facility, we are working with our cleaning company on enhanced sanitizing practices and are encouraging the team members who are working in the facility to be most diligent in washing and sanitizing their hands, refrain from touching their faces, stay home if they feel ill, and be more mindful of following the CDC-recommended personal-space constraints. We are also providing access to recommended safety equipment and have restricted all visitors from entering the building.
